Visual Notetaking

Don’t just take notes; visualize them. Bring a meeting or event to life with a visual summary that will help participants engage and retain knowledge. 

Our notetakers use active listening and content synthesis to create an illustrative record of meetings or events and enhance learning experiences. The final product is a knowledge artifact that lives on and can be used to quickly recall the highlights and feelings of the experience and communicate to those not in the room.

Live Visual Notetaking

Capture key insights with words and visuals either on paper (graphic recording) or via a tablet (digital scribing) to create an illustrative record of the session. Visual notes reinforce ideas and information by creating a multi-model learning experience. Regardless of the medium used to take notes, you’ll receive clean digital files of all charts.

Live notetaking services can be done in person or online.

Offline Visual Notetaking 

Capture key insights from an audio or video recording with digital scribing to create an illustrative record of the session after the session has completed. Offline notes provide a visual snapshot to help participants retain their experience. 

Offline notetaking services are only available via digital scribing using a tablet.
